2024-2025 Committee Meetings

Engagement Committee Meeting - December 11, 2024

The Engagement Committee, Chaired by Alan Ong, will meet on Wednesday, December 11th at 6:30pm (EST) in the First Floor Conference Room (RM. 152 - The Eagle Room) of Tweed Courthouse (52 Chambers Street, New York, New York 10007). Detailed information for this meeting can be found in the Public Notice & Agenda for this meeting.

Please note that all Committee Meetings are live-streamed and recorded. If you wish to speak regarding a specific agenda item, you must first register at the link here; during the meeting you will be allowed two and a half minutes (2:30). This meeting will be split into two (2) different sections to discuss the contract for the Specialized High Schools Admissions Test (SHSAT) and potential amendments to Chancellor's Regulation A-820. The first 45-minutes will be devoted to public comment on the SHSAT, and the final 45-minutes will be devoted to public comment on Chancellor's Regulation A-820. As stated, each speaker will be allotted up to two and a half minutes (2:30) to speak during the appropriate time. If you happen to be unavailable for this meeting, you can submit testimony through the Written Public Comment Form.
